Important information:
-please note more than 12 people would require a double party room at a cost of AN EXTRA $70 per hour
-Please note Anymore than 4 kids for vr would require the group to be spilt across activities as we only have 4 VR Headsets.
What to WearClothes suitable for playing laser tag/ VR/ Floor is lava are generally T-Shirt & Shorts (it does get warm in there) If you don’t wish to stand out under the black lights, we suggest you wear dark clothing if you want to shine bright like a glow worm wear something bright.
Closed in sneakers are always required whilst playing in the laser tag arena. NO SHOES = NO PLAYING.
Confetti & GlitterWe do not allow glitter or confetti in the party areas due to the cost of commercial cleaning. Any parties that bring glitter or confetti will incur a $150.00 cleaning charge that will need to be paid prior to departure.Terms & ConditionsBookings are required for all our Kids party packages, along with a non-refundable $100 deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit. A confirmation email will be sent out.
-All party packages require a booking and a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure your spot.
-No refunds will be given within 7 days before your booking date. You may request to move your booking instead, subject to availability.
-If you want to bring more players to the party, just let us know, and we'll try our best to accommodate them, depending on availability.
-We accept payment in cash, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Sorry, no cheques accepted. Payment must be made prior to the laser tag battles!
-price per child rates apply for any additional children. Should increases in numbers be made on the day, this will be subject to availability. If you are unsure of numbers, we recommend you make your initial booking for the maximum number of guests. Please note minimum and maximum numbers apply to all party packages.
Adults are responsible for supervising their children whilst on the premises at all times. If an adult wishes to play Laser Tag along with the children (highly recommended) please note this will be at the standard game cost.
