Terms and Conditions of Fundraisers @ Megazone Silverdale
- We reserve the right to turn down any Fundraisers that we don't think are genuine. We also reserve the right to ask for poof of what you are fundraising for.
- A Minimum of 30 tickets must be sold for the Fundraising event . We may however agree to run the event if less than the 30 has been sold however the base price of $300 must still be paid to Megazone Silverdale.
- 50% of the total sales must be paid to Megazone Silverdale, this is to covering operating cost for the night.
- The Max amount of Tickets you can sell for your Fundraiser is 200 under Current covid restrictions
- There will be no charge for date amendments, time alterations, or cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to your booking
- We do not allow glitter or confetti at Megazone due to the cost of commercial cleaning. Any parties that bring glitter or confetti will incur a $150.00 cleaning charge that will need to be paid prior to departure
- No Outside food can be brought on to the premises with out the use of a party room, you may hire a Party Room for $65 for your Event
- Adults are responsible for always supervising their children whilst on the site.
- Closed in sneakers are always required whilst playing in the laser tag arena. NO SHOES = NO PLAYING
