- Payment must be taken at time of booking via Credit or Debit card
- A confirmation email will be sent at the time of booking.
- If you wish to book for a Public Holiday, please call us on 09 428 5999
- For Laser Tag, all players must be wearing covered footwear (No sandals, jandals, barefeet or high heels).
- A 4% booking fee applies to all online bookings.
- All deposits for Birthday Parties are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be given within 7 days before your booking date. You may request to move your booking instead, subject to availability.
- Flight simulator bookings may not be rescheduled within 72 hours of the session. Any changes made during this period will incur a $50 rebooking fee.
