Fundraiser Tips for Taking Payments and Maximizing Success:
- Use Google Forms for Registration (Recommended):
- Send out a Google Form to the whole school or group with a bank account attached for early payment. This allows you to track confirmed numbers and group players as needed.
- Sell Tickets at School/Group HQ:
- If you prefer not to use Google Forms or bank payments, you can sell physical tickets directly at the school or group headquarters. This provides an alternative way for attendees to pay in advance.
- Strongly Recommend Prepayment:
- Taking payment before the event helps you get a clear idea of how many players will attend. Also, when participants prepay, they are more likely to show up on the day.
- Avoid Delays at the Door:
- Taking payments at the door can cause delays, so early payment methods like Google Forms or ticket sales at HQ are preferable for smoother check-in.
- Group Players Efficiently:
- The arena holds 32 players per game. Confirming numbers in advance helps with organizing and grouping. (we can take up to 200 players by rotating groups in and out of the arena)
- Ensure Prepayment:
- Payment must be made to Megazone Silverdale before the first laser tag game is played
- Encourage Proper Footwear:
- Remind participants to wear sneakers for the best laser tag experience.
